Ten Karats Virgin Hair Company works diligently to process orders as quickly as possible. We kindly ask for your patience as processing times typically range from 24 to 72 business hours after the completion of your online transaction. Please note that if you place an order after 3 PM Central Time, it will be considered as being placed on the following day. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped out and delivered to you based on the shipping method you selected on our website.
 In the event that you are not available to receive your order at home, We recommend contacting your local USPS office and providing them with the tracking number assigned to your package. You can request to hold the package for pickup or arrange a suitable redelivery time with your postal service. Please note that if the package is held for pickup and not collected within the specified timeframe, it may be returned to us.

We want your order to reach you smoothly, but if a package is returned to us because it wasn’t picked up (or was otherwise returned-to-sender), here’s what will happen:
• Once the package is received back at our warehouse, we will issue a store credit for the value of the item(s), minus the original shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee.
• The store credit will be applied to the account tied to the email used for the original order. To use it, simply log in with that same email at checkout, the credit will automatically appear and be available to apply.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, and we do not issue cash or card refunds for returned-to-sender packages.
